Watch: Trinamool MLA felicitates 100 bald men, calls them 'intellectuals'

Trinamool MLA Shaukat Molla on Wednesday felicitated 100 bald men, branding them as "intellectuals".

Canning East MLA Molla called on 100 bald people from two regions of the Assembly constituency and presented them with flowers and gifts.  

Speaking at a presser following the felicitation, Molla explained that he thinks that men with less hair are intelligent. "They must be hailed as intellectuals", he said. The program will continue throughout the Canning East constituency in the days to come, he added.
