BJP worker injured after shots fired during party event in Bihar, 1 arrested

A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) worker was injured after shots were fired during a party event in Murliganj in Bihar's Madhepura district on Sunday. The accused, Pankaj Patel, was arrested after he fired several rounds.

The shots were fired as a result of an altercation between the group of the accused and the injured, identified as Sanjay Bhagat, who was shot in the leg.
