BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj said on Wednesday that couples who indulge in 'vulgar behaviour' in public places, read being physically affectionate, leads to rape.

Sakshi Maharaj said on Wednesday that couples who indulge in 'vulgar behaviour' in public places, read being physically affectionate, leads to rape.

"When these couples ride a motorcycle, they hug each other as if the girl will eat the boy or the boy will eat the girl," Sakshi Maharaj said.
