Bengal BJP president Sukanta Majumdar was stopped from staging a dharna in Hooghly's Rishra on Tuesday. According to Majumdar, heavy barricades were put in place in Hooghly's Rishra and he was stopped from staging a dharna by the police, who said Section 144 was in place.
