Swati Maliwal slams AAP's decision to make Atishi Delhi Chief Minister

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Swati Maliwal slammed the party's decision to select Atishi as Delhi's Chief Minister. Maliwal claimed that Atishi's family fought a long battle to save terrorist Afzal Guru from being hanged.

Taking to X, Swati Maliwal wrote, "Her parents wrote mercy petitions to the Honourable President to save terrorist Afzal Guru. According to her, Afzal Guru was innocent and was framed as part of a political conspiracy."

Calling Atishi a "dummy CM", Swati Maliwal emphasised that the issue is related to the security of the country. "May God protect Delhi!" she added.
