Antilia bomb-scare case: Param Bir Singh fled country?

Many investigative agencies that are probing the cases associated with former Mumbai Police commissioner Param Bir Singh believe that they have fled the country. On April 7, Param Bir Singh had appeared before the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

After the Antilia bomb-scare incident in February, summons were issued to Param Bir Singh. On March 17, Singh was transferred to the Home Guards department. He took charge of his office on March 22 and is said to have attended office till May 4.
