Amit Shah in Patna for cabinet talks ahead of Nitish Kumar's 10th oath ceremony as Bihar CM.

Ahead of Nitish Kumar's tenth oath-taking ceremony as Chief Minister of Bihar, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has arrived in Patna to chair a series of meetings with top leaders from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Janata Dal (United) (JDU). The discussions are focused on finalising the names of ministers for the new cabinet. According to my colleague Rohit Singh, 'the final round of consultations are being held to finalize the names that will be part of the new Nitish Kumar cabinet.' The swearing-in ceremony, which will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other National Democratic Alliance (NDA) chief ministers, is scheduled for the following day.
