OPS cannot move court, he already lost : AIADMK

The AIADMK responded to O Paneerselvam's claims that the general council's decision to sack him from the party is not valid. Party spokesperson Kovai Sathyan in an interview with India Today said, "He cannot move the court, he has already lost his plea."

Earlier, E Palaniswami (EPS) had expelled O Paneerselvam (OPS) from primary membership of the AIADMK.

EPS and OPS were locked in an intense tussle for unitary leadership of the All India Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK).
