African Union entry into G20 is big, bold declaration: Sunil Bharti Mittal

Founder and Chairperson of Bharti Enterprises Sunil Bharti Mittal, who made several investments in Africa for over a decade to cultivate the India-Africa relationship, spoke about the African Union becoming a permanent member of the G20 on Saturday. 

In an exclusive interview with India Today, Sunil Mittal spoke about the proposal put forth by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, that was welcomed by all member countries. He shed some light on the advantages of inviting Africa Union and helping it become a member of the G20.
