AAP leaders Bhagwant Mann, Aman Arora resign in protest against Kejriwal's apology to Majithia

Day after Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal apologised to Akali Dal leader Bikram Singh Majithia for levelling "unfounded" allegations of involvement in drug trade against him, AAP MP Bhagwant Mann today announced his resignation as Aam Aadmi Party's Punjab chief.

Bhagwant Mann announced his decision in a tweet saying, "I'm resigning as a president of AAP Punjab ...but my fight against drug mafia and all kind of corruption in Punjab will continue as an 'Aam Aadmi' of Punjab."
