8 Opposition MPs suspended from Lok Sabha for hurling papers at Chair

Seven Congress MPs and one Left MP have been suspended from the Lok Sabha for hurling papers at the Chair. The disciplinary action was taken after members allegedly hurled papers at the Chair and stood on tables during a heated Lok Sabha session.

Among the 8, 6 suspended members are Manickam Tagore, Gurjeet Ojla, Raja Warring, Ebi Eden, Kiren Reddy, and Venkat Raman. The Speaker condemned the incident, calling it a breach of parliamentary decorum, and stressed that such actions would not be tolerated during the Budget Session.
