7 Sabarimala pilgrims killed in road accident in Tamil Nadu

Seven pilgrims who were returning from Sabarimala Lord Ayyappa temple on Sunday lost their lives after the van they were travelling in collided with a truck.

The accident took place near Thirumayam in Pudukkottai district of Tamil Nadu.

Seven pilgrims died on the spot while the injured have been rushed to hospital.
