40 people test HIV positive in UP's Unnao after quack uses same syringe on them

In a case of medical negligence reported from Unnao, at least 40 HIV positive cases have been discovered.

Media reports suggest that the people visited a health camp where a quack used the same syringe on everyone. The camp was organized in November 2017.
