3 Nirbhaya rapists can hang tomorrow: Govt lawyer

Government lawyer on Friday said that three of the four Nirbhaya gangrape case convicts can be hanged as per schedule as only one convict's plea is pending.

The Tihar Jail authorities too on Friday challenged before a Delhi court the application of three condemned prisoners in the Nirbhaya gangrape and murder case seeking a stay on their execution on February 1.
