Three people and a total of twelve people were rescued after a two-storey godown collapsed on Saturday in Bhiwandi, located in the Thane district of Maharashtra. The collapse has left around ten people, who were living and working on the premises, trapped under the debris, according to a civic official. Local residents immediately called the fire brigade and the regional disaster management cell. Three people who died in the mishap have been identified as -- Navnath Sawant (35), Laxmidevi Ravi Mahatav (26) and Sona Mukesh Kori (four and half years).
