20-year-old Delhi girl runs over homeless woman

A 50-year-old homeless woman was run over by a 20-year-old student in New Delhi's Connaught Place. The woman was killed on the spot. The accident occurred late on Sunday night when the accused Shreya Agarwal, was speeding on the wrong side of the road in Connaught Place's Outer Circle.
