Two home guard jawans were killed and 10 cops injured in clashes between two groups in Haryana's Nuh. Clashes broke out after stones were pelted at a religious procession.
Stones were thrown and vehicles were set on fire as clashes broke out between two groups in the Mewat region. Meanwhile, Internet services have been shut in the area amid "intense communal situation" and reinforcements have been rushed to Nuh from neighbouring districts.
Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij appealed to the people to maintain peace in the state.
