17 men arrested for raping 12-year-old girl in Chennai

17 men were arrested today for raping a 12-year-old girl in an apartment complex Chennai. The accused include elevator operators, plumbers and security guards of the apartment complex.

They are accused of sedating the girl and repeatedly raping her over a period of seven months.
