12-year-old heart patient from Tamil Nadu donates part of surgery fund for Kerala floods

A 12-year-old girl from Tamil Nadu who is a heart patient has chosen to help flood victims of Kerala before herself. Akshaya has donated a portion of money saved for her surgery for flood relief in Kerala. Her act of kindness makes our Good News on India Today.
