Modi will not let DMK loot the money for Tamil Nadu's development: PM in Chennai

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday lashed out at the DMK government and stated that he will not let DMK loot the money for the development of Tamil Nadu.

Addressing a rally in Chennai, PM Modi said, "I want to tell the DMK that Modi will not let you loot the money for the development of Tamil Nadu. And the money that you have looted will be collected and spent on the people of Tamil Nadu. This is Modi's guarantee."

He also alleged that the state government did not do flood management during the severe inundation Chennai faced last December, but instead "managed" the media to send out the message that everything is fine.
