Stampede report highlights inadequate arrangements during RCB felicitation event

It cites gross negligence, inadequate security arrangements, and failure to follow proper procedures. The report highlights that only 76 police personnel were deployed, which was insufficient. The stampede occurred on June 4th in Bengaluru after RCB tweeted about a victory parade without prior permission. The Karnataka cabinet is expected to meet on July 17th to discuss the report and decide on further actions.
