Watch: Karnataka Minister shouts, hits women in Hubballi before consoling them

Karnataka Minister Zameer Ahmed Khan was caught on camera losing his temper at two women who approached him in Hubballi with a petition. 

In the video, Zameer is seen shouting at the women, throwing back the paper they handed him, and later hitting two women lightly on the head while making a slapping gesture. 

He was later seen consoling them by patting their heads. The incident, which took place during his visit to the city, has drawn criticism for the minister’s high-handed behaviour.
