Video: Cloudburst in J&K's Doda claims four lives, wreaks havoc

Incessant rains and a cloudburst have caused widespread devastation in Jammu and Kashmir's Doda district, resulting in flash floods across the region. At least four people have lost their lives; two when a house collapsed due to the floods and two others who were washed away by strong currents. The flood fury is affecting the entire Jammu division, with rivers like the Tawi and Rawi, along with numerous seasonal waterways, flowing above the danger mark. The administration has sounded a flood alert and is advising people in low-lying areas to evacuate to safer locations. The situation remains critical, as the meteorological department warns that the "bad weather wet weather heavy rain is going to continue for at least next six to eight hours" with an alert sounded for heavy to very heavy rain across Jammu districts.
