Chandrababu Naidu party's leader assaults 2 people, stokes controversy

TDP's Kurnool MLA Kotla Surya Prakash Reddy assaulted two men from a marginalised section while making them sit near his legs. In the video, Reddy is seen sitting in a chair with the men from marginalised communities seated on the floor. The MLA called them to a panchayat and hit them with a stick, claiming they had committed a mistake.

The Valmiki community is particularly outraged, as the men belong to their community.
