India Today Conclave East 2017: We want friendly relations with China, says union minister Kiren Rijiju

MoS (Home Affairs), Kiren Rijiju talks about the 'Act East' policy of the government of India at the 'India Today Conclave East 2017'.
In the session 'Act East: India as a Superpower', he stressed on the need to better understand north-east India while reiterating that the government of India wishes to have peaceful relations with China.
Rijiju also underlined the importance of empathising with the north-east while dealing with its problems
