Anup Jalota, Talat Aziz on their friendship with Pankaj Udhas, jam sessions and more

Day two of Sahitya AajTak played host to ghazal legends Anup Jalota and Talat Aziz, who regaled the audience with anecdotes about their enduring friendship with the late Pankaj Udhas. They also sang various of their famous ghazals such as Chandi Jaisa Rang Hai Tera and also paid homage to Kishore Kumar by singing Kuch Toh Log Kahenge.

The session, aptly titled Tribute to Pankaj Udhas, saw the duo, accompanied by Sudeep Banerji, reminisced about their camaraderie with Udhas, which remarkably spanned over five decades. They fondly recollected how their careers had intersected and the countless jam sessions they had shared together.
