'200% confident of victory': Suvendu Adhikari on fighting Didi in Nandigram

The BJP on Saturday announced Suvendu Adhikari as its Nandigram candidate, pitting the protégé against his once mentor, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

"I am 200 per cent confident. This is not an individual fight, it is a collective fight under the banner of BJP," Suvendu Adhikari told India Today TV. He also claimed that he will defeat 'Didi' by a margin of more than 50,000 votes.

Nandigram votes in the second phase on April 1. Results are to be declared on May 2.
