Watch: Rs 1 crore seized from AIADMK worker's car

Flying squad officials of the Election Commission seized Rs 1 crore from a vehicle during checking at Pettavaithalai Bridge in Trichy. The car reportedly belongs to AIADMK Musiri MLA Selvaraj.

The bundle of money was found in a bag in the vehicle. AIADMK functionaries present in the vehicle said they were not aware of the money or its origin. Srirangam Election Officer Nishanth Krishna said I-T officials have been informed about the seizure.
