Congress MP Manish Tewari dropped from party's Punjab campaign list, says 'reason is no state secret'

Punjab MP Manish Tewari reacted to his exclusion from Congress' list of 30 star campaigners for the state Assembly election. On Twitter, he wrote that he would have been "pleasantly surprised" if his name had been on the list. He added that the reasons for his exclusion were "no state secret".
