PM Modi says electoral bonds a 'success story', made money trail clear

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said the now scrapped electoral bonds scheme was a "success story" as its implementation could facilitate establishing the money trail. He also added that everyone will regret scrapping the scheme "when they think honestly". 

In an interview with ANI news agency, the Prime Minister said when there was a debate on the electoral bonds scheme in Parliament, "some of those who are now commenting on it had supported it".
