Mehbooba Mufti fielded against Ghulam Nabi Azad for Anantnag Lok Sabha seat

Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chief Mehbooba Mufti will be contesting the Lok Sabha elections from Anantnag-Rajouri, her party announced on Sunday, setting the stage for a high-voltage battle in the seat.

She will be taking on Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) chief Ghulam Nabi Azad and the National Conference's veteran leader Mian Altaf Ahmad, the INDIA bloc candidate.
