Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday addressed leaders of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in parliament after he was elected as leader of NDA's Parliamentary Board and said that the government will now begin its journey to build a new India.

He went on to say that the 2019 Lok Sabha elections were all about in breaking down social barriers and uniting voters in the country.
