She is so proud that she never returns his calls: PM Modi on Mamata Banerjee

In an election rally at West Bengal's Tamluk, Prime Minister Narendra Modi slams West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee for never praising India.

He called Mamata Banerjee "proud" and said that she is so proud that she never returns his calls.

He added that "She is desperate as she is staring at defeat."
