Lok Sabha Elections 2019: NDA announces Bihar candidates list

The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) on Saturday (March 23) announced the candidate list for the 39 of the 40 seats in Bihar for the upcoming 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

The NDA in Bihar comprises of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's Janata Dal (United) and Ram Vilas Paswan's Lok Janshakti Party (LJP).

In an interesting development, rebel BJP leader Shatrughan Sinha has been dropped from the list and Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad will be contesting the elections from Sinha's Patna Sahib seat.
