Amid speculation over who will take on Congress leader Siddaramaiah in Varuna constituency in the assembly polls, former Karnataka CM and senior BJP leader BS Yediyurappa said his party would give Siddaramaiah a tough fight.

And in an exclusive conversation with India Today, Congress leader Siddaramaiah said, "The Karnataka Congress is united. There is no rift between me and DK Shivakumar, we are fighting together in this election. He further added, "Both of us are aspirants and it will be up to the higher command, they will decide who will become the next CM."
