UP by-polls: Exit polls predict big gains for BJP

The poll of exit polls predicted substantial gains for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the Uttar Pradesh assembly bypolls. Bypolls were held in the nine assembly seats of Ghaziabad, Katehari, Khair, Kundarki, Karhal, Majhawan, Meerapur, Phulpur and Sisamau on November 20.
