Is NC-Congress's big J&K show referendum on Article 370? What BJP said

Early leads show that the National Conference-Congress alliance has maintained a lead with 52 seats in Jammu and Kashmir.  BJP IT cell chief Amit Malviya on the question of whether the NC-Congress’s performance in J&K shows a referendum on Article 370, Malviya said, "It is not a referendum on Article 370 and I think we should stop going down that path.

He further said, "Article 370 has now been consigned to history, it will never come back, Kashmir will move on the path of development."
