INDIA bloc clearly ahead in Kashmir region, says CVoter exit poll 

As the BJP seems to be edging ahead in the Jammu region, it looks like the National Conference and the Congress combine may get clearly ahead in the Kashmir division, CVoter exit poll showed.

The INDIA bloc may win somewhere around 29 to 30 out of the 47 seats in the Kashmir region, the BJP may even find it difficult to win a single seat. Mehbooba Mufti-led People's Democratic Party (PDP) is likely to bag 6 to 10 seats, with as many seats going to other regional players.

As far as the vote-share is concerned, the Congress-NC alliance may win 41 per cent of votes as compared to PDP's 17 per cent and BJP's 3 per cent of total votes polled.
