Congress MP Kumari Selja: Will form government with 60 seats in Haryana

Congress MP Kumari Selja while speaking to India Today said, "I can say this with confidence that Congress will get the majority by the end of the day, by the end of all the rounds."

She further said, "there is anti-incumbency and a shift towards Congress," in Haryana.  

The Congress MP said that a Congress government will be formed in Haryana with 60 seats.
