According to the Prime Minister’s post, this year’s interaction took place with #ExamWarriors in Dev Mogra, Coimbatore, Raipur, Guwahati, and at seven locations across Delhi. He encouraged students, parents, and teachers to watch the episode on February 6.

PAN-INDIA REPRESENTATION OF STUDENTS

The ninth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha has drawn participation from students across regions, underlining the programme’s national character.

The selected locations include Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) representing the South, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) for Central India, Dev Mogra (Gujarat) from the West, Guwahati (Assam) from the Northeast, along with students from Delhi in the North.

Officials said the choice of locations reflects an effort to include voices from different geographical and cultural backgrounds, ensuring that students from across India feel represented in the conversation.

RECORD PARTICIPATION IN 2026

Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026 has seen its highest participation so far, with an overall involvement of 6.76 crore people. Of this, more than 4.5 crore students registered for the programme, while an additional 2.26 crore participants took part in various activities linked to PPC.

The growing numbers highlight the programme’s expanding reach among students, parents, and teachers, especially as exam-related stress continues to be a major concern.

Last year, Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025 created history by entering the Guinness World Records for registering the “Most people on a Citizen Engagement Platform in one month,” with 3.53 crore registrations.

Students are invited to send in their questions, which the Prime Minister answers during the session, often drawing from personal experiences and real-life examples.

Over the years, the programme has evolved into a platform where academic pressure is discussed openly, encouraging students to view exams as part of life, not the definition of it.

With the ninth edition set to air on February 6, students and parents across the country will once again tune in, hoping to find reassurance, clarity, and confidence ahead of exam season.
