Kerala seems to be an exception with new infection count of more than 20,000 for the last few days even when all other states are witnessing a drop in Covid-19 cases. The weekly average of daily cases in God's own country has shot up and the reproduction value, an indication of how infectious the virus is going to be, is much higher than the national average.
