As states now battle the shortage of Covid vaccines, twelve Opposition party leaders today shot off a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi urging him to stop the construction of Central Vista in New Delhi. The leaders suggested using funds allocated for the project to strengthen the health infrastructure, which has come under severe strain, due to the worsening Covid-19 situation in the country.
