India sees slight dip with 3.23 lakh fresh Covid-19 cases, 2,771 deaths

In a slight drop in the coronavirus cases and deaths due to the infection, India on Tuesday registered over 3.23 lakh cases and 2,771 fatalities, pushing the caseload and death toll to 1.76 crore and 1.97 lakh, respectively. Five states have added 47.67 per cent to the new Covid-19 cases, with Maharashtra alone contributing 15.07 per cent in the new cases.
