Delhi HC pulls up Kejriwal govt over surge in Covid cases

The Delhi High Court has rapped the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP government for delaying the measures to tackle the recent spike in coronavirus cases and asked why were the restrictions on weddings etc brought after a wait of 18 days.

“You were shaken out of slumber, you turned turtle after we asked questions,” said the Delhi High Court slamming the state government over its recent measures to tackle Covid-19 spike.
