Amid the raging pandemic, a political war has erupted between TDP and the ruling YSRCP in Andhra Pradesh. The TDP has hit out at CM Jagan Mohan Reddy over Tirupati hospital deaths, vaccination shortages and the crippling health infrastructure in the state.
Firing a fresh salvo, TDP chief Chandrabau Naidu's son and party MLC Nara Lokesh has claimed that death toll in Ruia hospital tragedy was way above the official figure of 11 fatalities.
Meanwhile, the ruling YSRCP has come down heavily on former CM Chandrababu Naidu, insinuating that his association with Bharat Biotech was behind vaccine shortage in the state.
