Covid crisis: Russia sends medical aid to India

As India battles the second Covid wave, Russia has sent two plane loads of medical supplies, having more than 22 tons of humanitarian aid, including 20 units of oxygen-producing equipment, 75 artificial lung ventilation devices, 150 medical monitors and 2 lakh packages of medicine.

While on Wednesday, the US had sent its first batch of aid to India to stop the spread of COVID-19, and meet the urgent health needs of the Indian people.
