As Covid-19 cases surge in Delhi, its health care infrastructure is crumbling. Government-run hospitals in Delhi are overwhelmed with Covid-19 patients and those who want to give their samples for testing. The crowds are so large that there is no adherence to social distancing and other Covid-19 protocol.
