Vaccines against coronavirus are finally here and with this everyone is already weary and ready to go back to their normal lives. Some glimmer of hope has come amid these dreary times with several vaccines being created and tested to fight against Covid-19.

India on Tuesday got a step closer to starting the world's largest Covid-19 vaccination drive when the first consignment of Covishield, the Covid-19 vaccine developed by Oxford University and AstraZeneca, left the Serum Institute of India in the wee hours. The Serum Institute is manufacturing Covishield in India. The first consignment of Covishield, containing 478 boxes of vaccines, each weighing 32 kg, is being sent to 13 locations across the country.
