South India's economy in focus in Raj Chengappa's welcome address at Conclave South

Group Editorial Director at India Today Group, Raj Chengappa, delivered his welcome address at the India Today Conclave South on Thursday. In his keynote address, he spoke about South India’s economy and how the region is the largest gross domestic product compared to any other region of the country.

“South India has witnessed a sustained growth in its per capita and the technological innovation that it has brought has preceded with phenomenal pace. The economies of the south have registered a higher than national average growth over the past 3 decades,” said Raj Chengappa.
