Watch: Massive road cave in Northwest Delhi's Rohini

As incessant rains pounded several parts of the capital city, a massive crater has been formed after a road collapsed in North Delhi. The incident took place in the Rohini sector on Sunday (July 9). 

The capital city has been lashed by heavy rains since Saturday while flash floods have blocked roads and marooned people in several areas. Delhi received 153 mm of rain in 24 hours ending at 8:30 am on Sunday.

The officials said following the heavy rainfall on Saturday, several areas in the national capital witnessed waterlogging and the DFS control room received 15 calls related to house-collapse incidents.
